Senior HSE Manager to provide strategic leadership across NSW and ACT, lead HSEQ&R strategies, governance requirements and risk management, and drive safety performance across a diverse portfolio. Collaborates with operational leaders, project teams and clients; offers specialist advice on HSE policy, legislation and risk controls; mentors and develops HSE capability; supports incident investigations, budgeting and performance management; aims to embed a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
