Job Summary
Manage HSE standards in the management system documentation and maintain location-specific HSE information, roles, and safety case studies. Coordinate internal HSE projects and lead cross-site audits within RRPS and the RR Group. Participate in the RR-wide Process Council to standardize HSE management system provisions and implement measures systematically. Train HSE roles in English and collaborate with the central HSE function and operational partners. Maintain translations of HSE standards during change management. Requires an engineering or business degree, fluent English, and extensive project management experience. Permanent contract with global travel. Required Qualifications
- Ingenieurs- oder Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im internationalen Umfeld
- Systematische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit mit Bereitschaft zu weltweiter Reisetätigkeit
- Fundierte Managementsystemkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Umsetzung von Managementstandards und Auditierung
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse in Büroanwendungen
