Job Summary
Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans while coordinating subcontractor protocols and conducting quarterly comprehensive on-site audits. Periodically inspect project sites for regulatory compliance, conduct accident investigations, and complete incident reporting for management review. Manage the Drug-Free Workplace Policy, administer the SPAT process, and provide training on EHS requirements and Industrial Hygiene protocols. Deliver weekly EHS updates to leadership and ensure all safety protocols are followed across assigned projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree in safety or related fields, CHST certification, and minimum five years of construction EHS experience. Salary range is $103,000 - $150,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
- CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction EHS field
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time
- Knowledge of regulations and standards
- Hazard recognition skills
- Injury management skills
- Some travel required
