Job Summary
Act as the Single Point of Contact for safety, health, and environmental compliance for the Feluy region, communicating regularly with clients, subcontractors, and the workforce to ensure strict adherence to Jan De Nul's policies, legal regulations, and specific customer requirements. Build and monitor HSE policies, processes, and structures while leading audits and coaching staff on critical topics. Manage a team of personnel responsible for site inspections and administrative tasks to achieve safety goals, ensuring all procedures are followed and client audits are closed out. This role bridges the QHSSE team, execution teams, and clients to drive practical implementation of safety standards across construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in milieuzorg, veiligheidsbeheer, bouw, mechanica of een gerelateerd veld
- Minimum 10 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur in de bouw
- Goede kennis van het Engels
- Communicatief en sociaal vaardig
- Kan coachen en begeleiden
- Kan prioriteiten stellen en effectief plannen om deadlines te halen
- Flexibel en past je aan de veranderende omstandigheden op de werven aan
- Werkt en denkt graag mee met de werfleiding, terwijl je een praktische en kritische blik houdt
