Job Summary
Lead regional HSE strategy and execution for FSE and Offices in APAC, managing HSE managers and senior specialists while defining priorities, targets, and improvement initiatives. Oversee compliance, audits, and corrective action programs, partnering with operations leadership to embed HSE into daily workflows. Analyze performance metrics to identify risks, guide resolution of complex incidents, and support workforce planning and capability development. Ensure consistent application of HSE governance and reporting while representing priorities in senior leadership discussions. Accountable for performance and results across multiple units, developing departmental plans covering business, operational, and organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- HSE experience in Field Service(Installation) in multinational companies
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Recognized HSE qualifications
- Excellent skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning, communicating and organizing, driving HSE Culture
- Effective communication skills - both verbal and written and ability to engage with stakeholders
- A positive and pragmatic attitude to problem solving within HSE and good in change management
- Knowledge of and expertise in applying HSE legislative framework within a site and service environment
- Demonstrable HSE experience and proven track record is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at Senior and operational levels internally to the organization
- Knowledge of the business, specific risks and industry approaches advantageous
