Job Summary
HSE Lead responsible for the country HSE KPI indicators (Health, Safety & Environment); includes Quality management system, legal and all HSE trainings. Site incident manager for incident reporting, investigation and CAPAs & NCR implementation. Secretary for site safety meetings. Site champion towards regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and certification/registration for new products. Implement local HSE standards and statutory requirements; serve as site owner for sustainability projects; emergency response manager per local requirements. Conduct monthly HSE audits and meetings, drive 100% training completion, and support regional CI/PAP projects (e.g., BigFoot, Plant expansion, EIA, NPI). Desired background includes 3+ years industrial experience, familiarity with hazardous materials handling, and fluency in English. Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education with 3 years industrial experience preferably in Paint & Coatings; Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries or practical engineering experience
- Strong knowledge in hazardous material safe handling and controls
- Experience in industrial safety and process safety is advantageous
- Experience in communicating with local government and authority policies, rules and regulations
- Fluent in written and spoken English
