Job Summary
Intern role supporting the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs; assisting in workplace safety inspections and hazard identification activities; supporting HSE data collection, analysis, and reporting (incidents, near-misses, observations); coordinating HSE training sessions and awareness campaigns; helping maintain HSE documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards and local regulations; supporting Safety Observation Tours (SOT) and other safety engagement initiatives; collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and performing other HSE-related administrative or project support tasks as assigned; ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of HSE concepts (hazard identification, risk assessment, safety regulations)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
