Job Summary
Deliver and track safety, quality and other EHS trainings for new and existing employees, schedule monthly safety meetings and prepare presentation and run period reports. Assist in the conduct of safety audits to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions. Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with health and safety authorities to identify causes and prevent recurrence. Recommend changes to working conditions to ensure a safe and healthy environment and compliance with regulations and internal policies. Maintain records of injuries, illnesses, and absences to identify areas of concern. Educate and train the workforce on health and safety policies to ensure understanding and compliance. Provide first aid if required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, public health, or occupational health and safety
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum from Kemnaker
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role for 2–3 years
- Willing to relocate to the job location
