Job Summary
Maintain skills and knowledge required to perform job duties while determining gaps within corporate HSE initiatives and local policies. Apply HSE culture to processes and ensure confidentiality and appropriate recordkeeping standards. Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards, then report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards through internal processes. Act as a HSE resource providing guidance on site internal processes and support hazard identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment processes. Participate in HSE inspection and audit programs, actively lead incident investigations, and assist in analyzing HSE related trends. Coordinate environmental management activities, support emergency response processes including training delivery, and perform quality checks to identify and control non-conforming material. Communicate effectively to create HSE awareness and participate in local employee engagement initiatives to drive an interdependent culture.
