Job Summary
HSE Facilities Engineer responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to relevant safety standards. Coordinate the Risk Prevention and Protection Service tasks as ASPP per D.Lgs. 81/2008; identify critical processes for environment, safety and health at work; assess hazards and risks; research and design suitable prevention, protection, and control measures. Report to the HES Facility Manager; prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective plans; conduct internal audits and Gemba walks; analyze injuries and near misses, document results, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with the team to manage health and safety and environmental aspects, and develop proposals for continuous performance improvement. Requires a specialized/technical degree, ASPP qualification, and Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001/45001/50001; strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and proficiency in English; familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Specialized or technical degree relevant to HSE/Facilities Engineering
- Specific qualifying course for ASPP under D.Lgs 81/08
- Qualified Internal Auditor for Management Systems (ISO 14001/45001/50001)
- Experience with safety and environmental regulations; ability to analyze data and generate improvement measures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); good written and spoken English
