HSE & Environmental Officer

Prioritize and pursue actions or problems reflected in PRL evaluations and reports regarding legal requirements, hazard identification, and environmental impacts. Coordinate with HR to launch training activities on PRL, define job competencies, and manage internal and external communications. Ensure all positions, teams, and raw materials are evaluated against current regulations and supervise risk assessments conducted by the external prevention service. Lead the annual preventive planning and continuous improvement processes based on detected risks, while ensuring legal compliance for business activity coordination at the plant. Investigate accidents and incidents in PRL and environmental matters, launching appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Manage relationships and notifications with official bodies regarding safety and health and environmental issues.
