Job Summary
Conduct daily floor rounds to perform workplace inspections, identify safety risks, and advise colleagues and supervisors on proper procedure adherence. Execute gas measurements, develop toolbox talks, and maintain safety procedures while supporting the HVK'er on various HSE issues. Actively address unsafe situations and assist in incident investigations to drive improvements in the safety culture. Work approximately 60% of the time on the shipyard floor and 40% from the office within a unique environment where super-yacht cascos are built.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
- Diploma Middelbare Veiligheidskunde (MVK) of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal één jaar ervaring als HSE Coördinator, MVK'er of vergelijkbare functie
- Actuele kennis van relevante ARBO- en milieuwetgeving
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Nauwkeurigheid
- Zelfstandigheid
- Proactiviteit
- Communicatieve sterkte
- Wonen binnen een straal van 35 kilometer van Papendrecht
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
- Ervaring binnen de metaalindustrie, scheepsbouw of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving
