HSE COORDINATOR-RECREATIONAL CLUB

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions across sports, leisure, and food & beverage operations. Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors while monitoring and enforcing safe work practices. Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending preventive measures, and maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records for audits. Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure effective crisis management planning to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory authorities. This role requires a candidate with three years of experience, HACCP certification, and NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
