Job Summary
Develop and oversee the integrated HSE management system, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, while coordinating internal and external audits. Manage hazardous substances, safety programs (machine safety, LOTO, ATEX, ADR), and environmental permits across production sites in Someren, Wijchen, and Oldenzaal. Lead incident investigations to drive preventive measures and actively engage on the floor through inspections and toolbox meetings. Strengthen safety culture by coaching leadership and developing training programs, while preparing management reviews and supporting strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (Veiligheidskundige)
- meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare HSE-rol binnen een productieomgeving
- aantoonbare kennis van ISO 9001 en ISO 14001
- bekend met veiligheidssystemen zoals RI&E, ATEX, ADR en machineveiligheid
- beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
