HSE CLUSTER MANAGER (M/F/D)

Job Summary
Define and communicate HSE roles and responsibilities across production and non-production sites in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, UK, and the Balkans. Monitor compliance with local, national, and international regulations while leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses. Mentor local HSE coordinators, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis and safety culture initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate HSE into projects and change management. Requires 7+ years of HSE management experience, ISO certification, and up to 50% business travel. Based in Mainburg, reporting to the Group Senior HSE Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HSE management
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Fluency in English
- Frequent business travel within the cluster region (up to approximately 50%)

- Qualification to conduct safety training
