Job Summary
Support and develop systematic work environment work (SAM), identifying risks, conducting assessments, and driving improvement measures. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and standards while developing and implementing management systems like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Perform internal audits, gap analyses, and incident investigations, then plan and deliver safety training. Report on KPIs and regulatory requirements, acting as an HSE advisor, work environment coordinator, or safety manager across various projects and industries. Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to foster safe, effective, and sustainable work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education in occupational health and safety (HSE), technology, or equivalent
- Several years of experience working in HSE/occupational health and safety, preferably in both project and production environments
- Experience working within construction/construction industry and/or manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, risk management, and systematic occupational health and safety work
- Experience with, or knowledge of, BAS-P/BAS-U
- Valid B driving license
- Proficiency in Swedish and English in both oral and written form
- Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with colleagues within the national specialist group
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
- Responsibility for planning and structuring work

- Responsibility for ensuring deliveries within agreed timeframes
