Job Summary
The HSE and Quality Control Monitor will oversee compliance with safety programs and environmental regulations, conduct QA/QC inspections, and perform incident reporting and investigations within highway maintenance operations. This role requires problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Applicants should have experience in Quality Management and knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Regulations. A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel regularly are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Quality Management for Public Works, Civil Construction industry sectors, or equivalent
- Fundamental knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Regulations
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean record
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, and execution skills
- Functional knowledge of computer technology and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel on a regular basis throughout the area of operations
Desired Qualifications
- OHS or safety training or certifications
- Experience in Quality Management for Public Works, Civil Construction industry sectors
