Job Summary
HSE Advisor embedded on active industrial construction sites across Southern Alberta with ~50% travel. Lead safety presence and influence field crews, conduct toolbox talks, field coaching, and real-time safety decisions to ensure risks are identified and mitigated before incidents. Build practical hazard assessments reflecting real site conditions, support supervisors with safety decisions, ensure training and PPE are in place, and contribute to strengthening PTW’s safety culture through consistent on-site engagement.
Required Qualifications
- CRSP or CRST designation or actively working toward it
- Strong OH&S background in industrial construction, electrical or instrumentation experience is an asset
- Valid safety certifications including H2S, First Aid, CSTS, CSO or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Alberta OH&S legislation
