Job Summary
Conduct field safety visits across offices, residential properties, and development sites to guide front-line colleagues on best practices and recommend improvements. Deliver expert coaching and advice on occupational health hazards, incident management, and root cause analysis while leading incident investigations. Generate and promote a strong safety culture by interpreting regulatory standards, engaging stakeholders on policies, and providing induction training aligned with the Everyone, Safe and Well vision. Support continuous improvement initiatives through policy development and visible safety leadership.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrable experience as a health and safety advisor
- relevant qualification such as the NEBOSH General Certificate
- Significant experience providing expert occupational health and safety advice within the property or construction industry
- experience reviewing and developing health and safety policies, procedures and recommending best practices
- Confidence in classifying incidents and leading incident investigations
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, building positive and trusted relationships
- Comfortable prioritising workloads and working with accuracy and attention to detail
- full driving licence
- access to your own vehicle
- happy to travel
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience or qualifications in housing or construction, such as NEBOSH Construction
