Job Summary
Site-based HSE Advisor supporting frontline operations on civil infrastructure projects. Provide practical health, safety and environmental advice, conduct site inspections and critical risk verifications, assist in developing and maintaining HSE plans and documentation, participate in client meetings, support incident investigations and root-cause analysis, deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings, monitor environmental controls, and drive compliance with project environmental requirements. Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, practical approach to risk management and a commitment to safety culture across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience as an HSE advisor in civil construction, infrastructure, or related industries
