HSE Advisor

HSE Advisor for a site-based, Outside IR35 contract on a major energy infrastructure project. Provide day-to-day HSE support to site construction and project management teams, promote a positive safety culture, conduct site inspections and RAMS reviews, support permit-to-work and high-risk activities, monitor contractor performance, lead toolbox talks and safety briefings, manage incident reporting and investigations, support environmental controls, and maintain HSE records and KPI data. Requires NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) and related IOSH/CMIOSH credentials, CSCS card, and environmental qualifications. Experience in energy, utilities, civil engineering, or major construction projects is preferred.
