Job Summary
HSE Advisor for Substation and Overhead Line Construction based in Berlin, Full-time (37 h/week) with mobile/remote work options. Responsible for ensuring safety of people and environment on substations and overhead line construction projects, advising project leadership on unified work safety, evaluating contractor HSEQ documentation (risk assessments, installation/work instructions, HSE plans) and translating findings into continuous improvement. Works closely with project teams, safety specialists (SiGeKo) and other interfaces to standardize HSE understanding, promote a safety culture on construction sites, conduct regular site visits, monitor implementation of HSE requirements, analyze incidents and near-misses, and contribute to project-specific HSEQ concepts and standards. Required qualifications include a technical or engineering degree or equivalent, multi-year HSEQ experience in large infrastructure projects, strong organizational/communication skills, and willingness to travel; fluency in German (C1) and English (B1).
Required Qualifications
- Meister / Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium einer ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HSEQ-Bereich von großen Infrastrukturprojekten
- Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit gegenüber Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, gemeinsames HSEQ-Verständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fahrerlaubnis und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englisch (B1)
