Job Summary
Implement and maintain HSE management documents including procedures, instructions, and guidelines. Lead incident investigations, analyze safety data for incidents and near-misses, and organize risk inventories and evaluations to keep the RI&E current. Conduct risk assessments, develop preventive measures, and provide project support for HSE and work plans. Deliver internal and external safety instructions, present findings, and execute safety inspections and audits across operational processes. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and serve as the primary contact for team questions regarding safety, health, sustainability, and environment. Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to formulate advice and improvement actions while fostering a stronger environmental and safety awareness within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- opleiding: specialisatie MVK
- minimaal 5-10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in de veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
- aantoonbaar affiniteit met veiligheid, duurzaamheid en milieu
- ervaring met relevante HSE-aspecten van grote projecten in de olie-en gasindustrie of aanverwante industrieën
- ervaring met het implementeren en onderhouden van een HSE-management systeem
- kennis en ervaring met betrekking tot de BRL 7000, en de daarbij behorende protocollen 7001, 7004, 7005 en 7007
- analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- kennis en ervaring op het gebied van operationeel HSE-management op bouwlocaties
- ervaring met het beheer en evaluatie van de HSE-prestaties van (onder)aannemers
Desired Qualifications
- gesprekspartner van de HSE Manager op beleidsniveau
- hands-on mentaliteit om praktische HSE-zaken te regelen
