Job Summary

Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures while conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records of incidents, support accident investigations, and coordinate training sessions for staff. Monitor performance metrics and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions, collaborating across departments to promote safety awareness. Requires an associate degree in HSE management, public sector experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE software.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar HSE role within the public sector or government
  • Strong understanding of HSE legislation and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
