Job Summary
Guide groups of 8–20 students through HSC Chemistry content and problem-solving while coaching them to engage deeply with curated workbooks. Mentor students by sharing your own study journey and providing relatable advice to build confidence and exam mastery. Connect with students and families to foster genuine relationships and simplify complex concepts. Lead high-energy classes across our founding NSW campus footprint, utilizing structured resources and data-driven feedback to drive performance. Commit to a full academic year with a minimum of 10 weekly hours, working evenings and weekends to fit around university schedules. Earn a competitive hourly base with bonus potential, supported by hands-on training and progression pathways to Senior Tutor or Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- HSC completion with 99+ ATAR
- Band 6 or E4 result in HSC Chemistry (Year 11-12)
- First-year university level knowledge or above in Chemistry
- A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment
- Ability to work at our campuses
- Alignment with Contour's mission (non-compete agreement required)
