HSA - Health Services Admin/LPN - $3500 Sign on Bonus - Cook Co.

As a Health Services Administrator (HSA) supporting the Health Services Administrator role, you will oversee administrative functions within the correctional medical unit, ensuring staffing, compliance, and coordination of internal/external services. You will directly supervise facility staff, participate in hiring decisions, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict mediation; report to the Director of Nursing/Regional Manager and GENESYS Health Alliance Corporate office. Key duties include ensuring adherence to state licensing mandates and policies, maintaining operational workflow, preparing reports, maintaining adequate staffing, assisting with interviews and personnel actions, covering shifts as needed, and coordinating with correctional personnel, contracted providers, and external agencies. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage stress, and a focus on professional growth are essential. A current LPN license and CPR certification are required; correctional nursing and management experience are preferred.
