HS - Teacher

Plan and implement early childhood development learning experiences and activities in an assigned classroom, including curriculum design that fosters cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Supervise children, manage Teacher Assistants and volunteers, and conduct daily head counts while maintaining accurate attendance and health records. Coordinate parent involvement through conferences and home visits, document individual progress using assessment tools, and develop Individual Education Programs for children with disabilities. Organize classroom environments with specific learning areas and ensure compliance with Head Start performance standards.
