Job Summary
Temporary Health & Safety (HS) Plant Manager role based in Karlskrona responsible for coordinating the plant's Health & Safety activities, ensuring compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO 45001 standards, and leading a HS team of 3. Role involves risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of HS processes across the plant and with external authorities. Requires background in HS management in a manufacturing/industrial setting, knowledge of Swedish HS legislation, and English fluency; Swedish language skills are beneficial. The role is a parental leave cover from May/June 2026 to August 2027, reporting to the Head of HSE Karlskrona.
Required Qualifications
- Background in Health & Safety management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of Swedish HS legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience with risk assessments, work environment plans and corrective action processes
- Fluency in English is required
