Job Summary
HS Math Instructional Coach provides coaching to math teachers across multiple campuses, conducting observations, coaching conversations, debriefs, and professional development sessions. Collaborates with the network C&I team and campus leaders to improve instructional techniques, lesson planning, curriculum alignment, and classroom management. Monitors data points to support scholar outcomes, facilitates PLCs, supports Uplift-wide professional development, and maintains documentation for certification. Regular travel across the network and close partnership with external coaches are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited college or university
- Minimum two years of successful classroom teaching experience; instructional coaching experience preferred
