Job Summary
Conduct daily lacrosse practice sessions for the girls' team while ensuring student safety and responding appropriately to crisis situations. Exhibit professional behavior, stability, and sound judgement to promote good public relations and communicate directives effectively. Keep abreast of new techniques and innovations in the sport. Hold or be eligible for a valid Pupil Activity Permit including Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Training, CPR, and First Aid certification. This role supports Olentangy Orange High School's mission to facilitate maximum learning for each student within the "One Olentangy" community.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education
- Eligibility for a valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education
- Fundamentals of Coaching component of the Pupil Activity Permit
- Concussion Training component of the Pupil Activity Permit
- Valid CPR certification
- First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches component of the Pupil Activity Permit
- Professional behavior
