HS Girls Head Wrestling Coach

Coach individual participants using appropriate strategies to improve athletic skill and activity standards. Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior while establishing written penalties for breaches. Transmit understanding of sportsmanship, control, and dedication to athletes and the student body by example. Plan and schedule regular practice programs during the season and work with the activities director to schedule interscholastic contests. Recommend equipment, supplies, and uniforms; oversee facility safety conditions when students are present. Enforce eligibility performance criteria for competition and arrange transportation as needed. Maintain attendance forms, insurance records, end-of-year reports, and other required paperwork.
