Job Summary
Plan and implement early childhood development learning experiences in an assigned classroom for an Early Head Start program; supervise Teacher Assistants and volunteers; conduct home visits and maintain health/attendance records; coordinate with staff to support parent involvement and use an age-appropriate curriculum; ensure activities foster cognitive development, social-emotional growth, and problem solving while adhering to Head Start standards and maintaining classroom organization. Must hold or pursue Infant/Toddler CDA; valid Georgia driver’s license required; evening and field activities may be involved.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Infant/Toddler CDA required
- Georgia Driver’s License required
- TCC/AA/BA preferred
