Job Summary
On-site HS&E leadership role for pipeline projects; lead and coordinate safety programs, inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations across multiple project sites with rotation. Drive compliance with safety management systems and regulatory requirements; develop and enhance Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Practices; support site leadership with safety meetings and onboarding; requires extensive field collaboration, strong communication skills, and travel flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience within the pipeline industry
- CRSP, Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or NCSO designation
- technical knowledge of common construction practices, techniques, and equipment within Pipeline Construction/Maintenance
- ability to communicate with hourly workforce and management
- experience in risk assessment, program development, safety & health training, and accident investigation
- proven ability to develop and implement safety strategies
- proactive approach to safety and issue identification
