HS Assistant Volleyball Coach

Job Summary
Educate, train and assist student athletes as a part-time HS Assistant Volleyball Coach for JV and C Team; plan and execute team practices; supervise players and volunteers at games, practices, road trips, and meetings; provide basic medical treatment and execute emergency plans for athletic facilities; attend athletic department coaches training; keep current with district and W.I.A.A rules and regulations; collaborate to align athletic program with the head coach and athletic director’s vision; collect equipment and med kits for post-season inventory; participate in post-season debriefing/evaluation; require strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with students, staff, parents, alumni, and administrators.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- Prior coaching experience – preferred
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Possess a valid driver license
- Ability to communicate with staff and parents clearly and effectively
- Meet department and W.I.A.A coaching standards
