Job Summary
Assistant coach for boys wrestling at Schlagle HS; assist the head coach by organizing and directing coaching staff, coordinating practice sessions, managing equipment and inventory, collecting physical examination and insurance forms, reporting injuries to the school nurse, maintaining accurate records, providing rosters and awards lists, ensuring proper conduct on trips and contests, applying wrestling rules, addressing injuries, maintaining equipment and uniforms, and communicating effectively with administrators, staff, parents, students, and the community. Requires being a certified teacher or eligible for Rule 10 approval; term is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Certified teacher or must qualify for Rule 10 approval through the Kansas State High School Activities Association
