Job Summary
Assist the head coach of the HS boys soccer program at Schlagle, organize and direct the coaching staff, manage equipment and inventories, maintain rosters and award lists, report injuries to the school nurse, organize practice sessions, ensure proper team conduct on trips and during contests, and apply knowledge of current rules for the sport while supporting instructional objectives and communicating with administrators, staff, parents, and students.
Required Qualifications
- Certified teacher or must qualify for Rule 10 approval through the Kansas State High School Activities Association
- Ability to communicate with staff, parents, and students
- Knowledge of athletic safety, equipment management, and athletic administration
