HS Assist Track & Field Coach

Conduct daily track and field coaching for sprints, relays, and jumps while assisting in practice planning to enhance skill development. Lead, motivate, and mentor student-athletes on and off the field, fostering a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence. Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and parents to promote a positive athletic experience, and assist in managing team logistics including scheduling, equipment, and game-day operations. Serve as a daily witness to Christ through professional conduct and a vibrant faith life, guiding students toward academic balance and personal growth.
