Job Summary
HRSS Specialist provides Level 1 consultative HR support across HR General, Benefits, Payroll, and Timekeeping, manages a daily queue of employee tickets, liaises with internal/external partners, identifies process gaps, and creates internal process docs. Occasional automation and process optimization projects are included. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of HR experience, strong English communication, knowledge of HR functions, proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite, familiarity with Salesforce/ServiceNow/IEX/Workday (advantage), and ability to work from home with reliable internet. The position is open to multiple PH-based locations with remote work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree
- 1-3 years of HR experience

- strong English communication
- MS Office or Google Suite
- experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, IEX, Workday is an advantage
- willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
- ability to type at least 45 WPM
