Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned technical and non-technical roles across Bosch BGSV, including sourcing strategy development, collaboration with hiring managers, candidate assessments, and maintaining data in ATS. The role also includes employer branding, participation in recruitment events, and contributing to onboarding and process improvements to attract qualified candidates across Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology or engineering environments
- Experience with sourcing channels, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of HR practices and employment law compliance
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent mapping
- Data-driven mindset with good reporting and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management (both Vietnamese & expats), communication, and presentation skills
- Business acumen with the ability to support hiring and workforce needs
- Digital and technology savvy with adaptability to change
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and administration skills
- Good English communication skills
