Job Summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment cycles across tech and non-tech roles, coordinating with hiring managers to define requirements and develop recruitment plans, managing sourcing, screening, and selection from diverse talent pools, implementing innovative sourcing strategies via social networks and industry events, using analytics to track KPIs and drive process improvements, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and mentoring junior team members on sourcing and engagement in a fast-paced tech environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7–10 years hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
  • experience in fast-paced technology or engineering environment is highly desirable
  • strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent mapping
  • strong stakeholder management (Vietnamese & expats)
  • good English communication skills
  • able to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
  • business acumen to support hiring and workforce needs
  • strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • mentoring junior team members on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
