HRIT Consultant - Global HR Master Data & Integration

Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement global HR applications within the SAP HCM landscape, focusing on scalable technical solutions for cloud and on-premise integrations. Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into innovative solutions, ensuring operational excellence across global systems. Manage custom enhancements, interfaces, and technical support for Global Master Data, Fiori, and SuccessFactors integrations while leading a small work group. This role reports to the Team Lead of Global HR Master Data and Integration in Hanover, Germany, with the position based in the IT Hub, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Candidates will require 5–10 years of IT experience and minimum 5 years of relevant SAP project experience.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field
- 5 -10 years of IT or Industry working experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience
- Able to lead a small work group
- Have work experience in international teams
- Experience supporting global HR systems and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions
Desired Qualifications
- Strong SAP ABAP development experience
- Technical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA HR Development, ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5/OData, Business Objects, SQL, and SAP HANA
- Familiarity with Employee Central integrations, including Business Integration Builder (BIB), UI Mashups, data replication, and SSO setup/support
