Job Summary
Act as a Workday Functional Specialist to provide functional support and configuration across Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation and Benefits; partner with HR, Payroll and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions; deliver enhancements and new functionality through SDLC, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment; maintain data integrity and governance; identify opportunities to automate and optimise Workday processes; support Workday releases and change management; collaborate with a globally distributed HR technology team to develop the HR systems landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, Functional Analyst or System Administrator
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least one Workday module such as Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Benefits
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business objects, business process frameworks and reporting
- Experience translating HR processes into scalable system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in a fast-paced, high-change environment
