Job Summary
HRIS Technology Analyst will maintain, optimize, and integrate HR applications (UKG Ready) while supporting HR process configurations, data integrity, and continuity of services. Responsibilities include driving HR process improvements, testing system upgrades, supporting reporting and people data analytics, providing HR system configuration and reporting for open enrollment, compensation, performance management, and other HR activities, maintaining SOPs, serving as a technical trainer for the HR team, ensuring data security/compliance, performing data clean-ups and research on discrepancies, supporting projects and change management, recommending products and standards, fostering continuous process improvement, and resolving HRIS tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of HRIS, HR process, and analytics experience
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workforce Now, Paychex, UKG, and Workday
- Experience with dashboards, reporting and analytics, onboarding, performance management, benefits, payroll, compensation, and absence tracking
- Report writing, system configuration, data mapping, and data import at superuser level
- Ability to review changes, test HR system upgrades and implementations
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across technical levels
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Experience in high-growth environments and adaptability
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
- Understanding of integration and reporting services
