Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation programs. Establish governance structures, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards; ensure adherence to PMO standards and quality gates across implementation phases. Oversee Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, HR Help Desk, Oracle Analytics Cloud / Fusion Data Intelligence), data flows and integrations; participate in design workshops, requirements, testing, training, and production support. Ensure security, audit, data privacy, and governance compliance. Manage technical delivery streams (upstream/downstream integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, data migration HDL/HSDL/FBDI, reporting via OTBI/BI Publisher/FDI). Align solutions with enterprise architecture and scalability; resolve defects and data inconsistencies; collaborate with COEs, IT architecture, global delivery partners, and vendors. Drive Agile/hybrid delivery, sprint/release planning, executive reporting on milestones and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of IT project/program management experience in enterprise HRIS or ERP environments
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing HR transformation or HRIS implementation programs
- Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or major transformation program in HR Technology space
- Experience managing integration-heavy environments involving Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to influence global teams in a matrixed organization
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Help Desk and Analytics platforms
- PMP / Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM - Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred
- Exposure to DevOps and release management practices is an advantage
