Job Summary

HRIS Technical Analyst to support and enhance a global Workday platform, maintaining system integrity, configuring integrations, and supporting HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits operations across 30 countries. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations (Studio-based), developing Workday reports and dashboards, troubleshooting data flows and defects, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. The role emphasizes data security/compliance, ongoing system enhancements, and participation in testing and continuous improvement, with a focus on applying Generative AI and automation to automate data integrity validation between Workday and payroll systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with Workday HCM platform (3 to 5 years)
  • Experience with Workday Benefits configuration and integration support
  • Experience with Workday Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF)
  • Experience supporting Workday Absence Management
  • Proven experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security tools and architecture
  • Experience troubleshooting integration issues and data flows
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and automation in HRIS environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
