Job Summary
HRIS Specialist to administer and optimize UKG-based HRIS across Core HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management; configure and maintain system settings, security roles, workflows, and organizational structures; design, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning and data-driven decision-making; serve as main liaison with HRIS vendor, manage service requests and invoicing; develop training materials and SOPs for managers, HR, and employees; lead HRIS initiatives including module implementations, upgrades, and process redesign; partner with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and Learning to improve HRIS workflows and employee experience; document configurations, support integrations, assist with change management, training, and audits; collaborate with HR Digital Specialist on digital HR workflows and self-service tools; conduct system testing for updates and new implementations; ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws; stay current on HRIS updates and capabilities; demonstrate system values and comply with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS or related field or 5 or more years relevant experience
