Job Summary
HRIS Specialist focused on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) configuration and reporting. Partners with HR and Payroll to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency; develops dashboards and analytics, supports audits, and provides backup for Benefits and Compensation modules. Develops and maintains Workday reports, manages EIB uploads, and contributes to HRIS projects and Workday releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years of Workday configuration
- Experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
- Experience building Workday reports and dashboards
- Understanding of Workday architecture and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
