HRIS SPECIALIST II (REMOTE)

Job Summary
Operate in alignment with InfoSync business processes to support and maintain the Human Resource Management System, including configuration, testing, and documentation of UKG modules. Resolve complex tier 2 support tickets and participate in client meetings while developing analytic strategies to provide data insights for process improvement. Design, configure, and test client open enrollment events, create customized reports, and coach clients on self-service capabilities. Coordinate with IT on data integrations, perform system audits, and implement software releases. Work Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability as job duties demand.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in HR or related field
- 3 to 5 years of HRIS configuration experience
- 1 to 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Smartsheet or project tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical practice
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and confidentially
- Ability to troubleshoot and meet tight deadlines
- Professional demeanor under pressure and within multiple teams
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to change and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Understanding of payroll transaction rationale and of payroll's human impact
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime work
