HRIS Specialist (ADP / Deltek Vantagepoint)

Job Summary
Own and administer ADP (EV6) and Deltek Vantagepoint platforms, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems, managing configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and executive leadership. Lead data governance efforts, including validation, audits, and process standardization across systems. Build and maintain Excel models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and data analysis. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and alignment with enterprise data strategies. Support M&A activities by leading HRIS data integration, migration, and reporting standardization efforts. Train HR team members and end users on system functionality, reporting tools, and data best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of HRIS experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including compensation, talent management, and organizational structures
- Experience with HR data governance, system implementations, or integrations
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and process discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within engineering consulting, professional services, or similar project-based environments
- Experience with ADP (EV6)
- Experience in multi-entity or acquisitive organizations
- Familiarity with reporting tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience utilizing AI technology to support business operations
- Experience supporting compensation cycles, workforce planning, or 9-box/talent assessment processes
