Job Summary

Collect and compile HR metrics from Workday, employee surveys, and government labor statistics to create complex reporting queries for ad-hoc requests. Maintain HR Dashboards in PowerBi and analyze trends in recruitment, turnover, and compliance to inform policy recommendations. Partner with the compensation team to streamline job architecture and assist with classification audits for exempt/nonexempt status. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations while measuring program success against organizational goals. Requires 3+ years of Workday HRIS experience and advanced reporting skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field
  • 3 5 years of reporting, data analysis and modeling with Workday or other HCM platform or Business Intelligence applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and Tableau
  • Basic understanding of Workday security
